At GlowPointHomes, we believe hosting support should feel simple, flexible, and stress-free. Our process is designed to give hosts the level of help they need — without losing control of their property.

Step 1: Connect

We start with a short conversation to understand your property, your hosting style, and what areas you’d like support with. Some hosts need help with just one task, while others prefer broader support — we tailor our services to you.

Step 2: Choose Your Support

You can select services individually or combine them into a co-hosting package. This may include guest communication, check-in and check-out coordination, cleaning, listing updates, or ongoing support.

There’s no one-size-fits-all approach and no unnecessary commitments.

Step 3: We Handle the Day-to-Day

Once we’re set up, we take care of the agreed-upon tasks so you don’t have to be constantly available. We stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep you informed of anything that needs attention.

Step 4: Stay in Control

You always remain in control of your property, pricing, and decisions. We simply support the daily operations and guest experience to make hosting easier and more consistent.

Our Story

GlowPointHomes was founded by Markiyan and Diana with a shared appreciation for well-cared-for spaces and thoughtfully managed stays. Through years of travel and firsthand experience with short-term rentals, we came to understand how much care and coordination goes into creating a positive guest experience — and how overwhelming that can feel for hosts managing it all on their own.

 

We created GlowPointHomes to offer reliable, hands-on support for hosts who value consistency, clear communication, and attention to detail. Our approach is simple: treat every home with care, stay organized behind the scenes, and support hosts in a way that feels collaborative and stress-free.
